Volunteers are the backbone of a successful event.  The Temecula Valley Women’s Expo could not successfully operate without dedicated individuals like you.

Volunteers work in 4-5 hour shifts and are provided free parking, a signature expo T-shirt and lunch.  You must be over the age of 18 to volunteer.  (See requirements below)

To be qualified and approved as a Volunteer of the Temecula Valley Women’s Expo, you must meet all requirements and submit all documentation required. By submitting the Volunteer form for review/approval, you are stating that you meet all requirements and can perform duties outlined in this document. Minimum Volunteer Requirements (All Volunteers regardless of area)

Volunteer Requirements

  • Must be able to sit/stand / walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 65lbs
  • Must be able to take and follow directions
  • Must be self-starter
  • Must be able to read/speak/write English fluently
  • Must be able to read and follow written directions
  • Must be able to listen and follow verbal directions
  • Must be reliable, dependable and prompt
  • Must be available for the full duration of scheduled hours
  • Must be able to attend a 2.5 hour scheduled volunteer orientation class
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 or older with valid ID (Must be able to present valid I.D. at any time, upon request)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
